He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Huitt Rawls; his daughters, Pam Ragar of Louisville and Lori Wigley (Mike) of Monticello; his grandchildren, John Ragar (Lisa) of Collierville, Tennessee, Robert Ragar (Brooke) of Louisville, Kentucky, Daniel Wigley (Taryn) of Monticello, Arkansas and Mary Elizabeth Wigley of Monticello; and his great grandchildren, Daisy, Lindsay Ragar, William, Claire Ragar and Scarlett Gongora.
