He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rudy Dean, Larry Huitt, Jody Simmons and Betty Simmons-Chapman. He is survived by: his parents, David Simmons and Karen Simmons of Warren, AR; his siblings, Lani Gavin (Justin) of Pansy, AR and Derek Simmons of Warren, AR.; his nieces, Cassie Simmons of Warren, AR and Kamdyn Simmons of Warren, AR; and his nephew Jace Gavin of Pansy, AR.
