With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susie Anna Peek Simmons of Warren, Arkansas, who passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Franklin Peek and Mary Jane Oakley Peek; and her husband Harold Edward Simmons. She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas Peek, Franklin Peek and Ruby Lee Lasiter; her children, Stewart Simmons (Cheryl) of Warren, AR, Dr. Jonathan Simmons (Cindy) of Jonesboro, AR and Joanna Simmons McAtee (Jeff) of Charlotte, NC; her siblings, Rufus Peek (Jennita) of Warren, AR and Mary Frances Taylor (Royce) of Pine Bluff, AR.; and her niece Kay Lasiter. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
