Shirley Simmons Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Simmons of Warren, Arkansas, born in Bradley, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rice and Beadie Cathey Rice; her husband Joe Simmons; and her siblings, Donny Ray Rice, Erma Denton and Cornelia Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Joe Gary Simmons (Rhonda) of Warren, Arkansas, Carolyn Byrd (Robert) of Warren and Teresa Taylor (Tim) of Rye, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Krystle Hays, Wendy Forrest and Tasha Green; and her stepgrandchildren, Toby Byrd and Dustin Byrd. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Williams Cemetery.
