He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Tapia and Elvira Tapia; and his siblings, Rodolfo Tapia, Lorenzo Tapia and Carmen Tapia.
He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Guardian Tapia of Warren, AR; his children, Adam Tapia of Benton, AR, Andy Tapia of Sherwood, AR, Jordan Tapia of Tracy, CA, Raul Tapia, Jr. of Cabot, AR and Maribel Tapia Bazell of Honolulu, HI.; his sisters, Brigida Tapia of Alto Pass, IL and Margarita Tapia of Mexico; and his grandchildren, Christopher Tapia, Sebastian Tapia, Camila Tapia, Andy Tapia, Jr., Gabby Tapia, Michelle Tapia, Pricilla Tapia, Issic Tapia, Alexander Tapia, Katelyn Bazell and Ezezekiel Bazell.
