He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Oelsen Burkhart; his sons, Austin Michael Burkhart (Jordan) of Warren, AR., Dayton Thomas Burkhart of Warren, AR. and Skylar Carson Burkhart of Warren, AR.; his granddaughters, Ember Rayne Burkhart and Eden Faye Burkhart of Warren, AR.; his siblings, Regina Burkhart Graham (Tony) of Charlotte, NC, Tammy Curry Chancellor (Shannon) of Warren, AR, Mary Ann Curry Johnson of Warren, AR. and John Thomas Burkhart (Sheri) of Chula Vista, CA.; and his nieces and nephews, Daniel Robertson of Magnolia, AR, Jamie Lawrence (Lynn) of Warren, AR and Myrl Lawrence (Belinda) of Batesville, AR.
