She was predeceased by: her parent Caleb Forrest; her husband Ivano Johnson; and her brothers, Roscoe Forrest, Luke Forrest, Kirby Forrest and Felton Forrest.
She is survived by: her parent Lottie Standard Forrest; her sisters, Esper McGhee, Bernice Trussell, Magdalene Harrod and Alma Hall; her daughter Judith Burch of Warren, AR; her granddaughter Lisa Flemister (Mike) of Monticello, AR.; her great grandchildren, Blake Burns and Dustin Burns (Abby); and her great great grandchildren, Lani, Blaze, Kameran and Bentley.
