He is survived by: his wife Virginia Saunders Hargis; his sister Nancy Hargis Harrison of Fordyce; and his children, Bart Hargis of Warren, Lynn Hearnsberger (Monty) of Banks, Lydia Reynolds (Randy) of Warren and Melody Ferguson (John) of Hermitage.
