He is survived by: his wife Mary Joyce Huitt Baker; his children, Scott Baker and Susan Hatfield (Freddie); his sister Marilee Miller; and his grandchildren, Keagan Baker (Kayla), Samantha Delassus (Roy) and Jaicee Hatfield. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
