It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Jeffcoat Outlaw of Warren, Arkansas, who passed away on May 31, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luie D. Jeffcoat and Agatha Jeffcoat; her husband Almer Edward Outlaw; her sister Betty Johnson; her great grandchild Kenneth Westerbur Jr.; and her grandson-in-law Jason Edward Langley.
She is survived by: her brother Howard Jeffcoat (Sonny); her children, David E. Outlaw and Belinda Cauley (Randy); her grandchildren, Amanda Jo Outlaw, Lewis Barton Outlaw (Bart), Carrie Cauley-Langley and Michael Cauley (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Jacob Strickland, Randy Strickland, Courtney Outlaw, Swayzie Grace Langley, Charles Edward Langley, Elizabeth Cauley, Isaiah Cauley, Sophia Cauley and Landon Cauley; her nephews, Rick Jeffcoat (Ann), Mark Jeffcoat, Mike Jeffcoat (Lora) and Lane Jeffcoat; and her niece Vickie Najem.
