He is survived by: his parent Glendolyn Orr Johnson; his wife Jacqualin McDougald Johnson; his daughters, Kathy Lynn Lister of Huntington, WV, Jerri Gale Harrelson (Steve) and Ramona Carol Webb (Jody); his grandchildren, Michael Lister (Chrissy), Patrick Harrelson, Rachel Turner (Michael), Daniel Harrelson (Paula Jo), Heather Harrelson, Samuel Moix and Madeline Moix; and his great grandchildren, Cadence Harrelson, Camden Harrelson, David Harrelson and Danica Harrelson.
