He was predeceased by: his parents, James Baxter Swaine, Sr. and Gladys Caielauet Swain. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Russell Swain of Warren; his sons, Danny Swain (Lisa) of Monticello, David Swain (Terisa) of Monticello, Shane Satterlee (Renee) of Rye and Shaun Satterlee (Kelly) of Rye; and his sister Princess Ward of Nashville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
