He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hargis Belin; his children, Kellye Belin Lorenz (Sam) of Springfield, MO, Ralph Edward Belin, John Belin (Jackie) of Branson, MO and Rebecca Belin Wisener (Jeff) of Bentonville, AR; his stepson Chad McKinley (Jill) of Hermitage, AR; his grandchildren, Zak Killian (Jasmin), Hannah Killian, Emelia, Madelyn Belin, Rhett Wisener, Anna Claire, Ava and Alli Belin; his stepgrandchildren, Chase Marra, Hayley and Landen McKinley; and his siblings, Kenneth Belin of Ruston, LA and Mildred Cagle of Houston, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
