With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Robert Powell in Warren, Arkansas, who passed away on August 10, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Powell and Blanche Powell; and his siblings, Larry and Jerri Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Gaylia; his sons, Steve (Linda) and Scott (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Courtney Powell (Chris) and Whitney Stepp (James); his great grandchildren, Rowen, Kolby, Lily, Dylan and Zach; and his brother Kerry.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the mission fund of the First Baptist Church in Warren.
