He was predeceased by: his brothers, John Wayne, Robert and Jerry Don Vines; and his son Bill Vines Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Sean Vines (Krystal), Rick Vines (Tracy) and Carol Todd; his grandchildren, Gabriel Walker Vines, Gabriel Vines, Caleb Vines and Emma Vines; and his siblings, George Vines (Carol), Francis Vines (Bill), Jackie Vines (Anna) and Jane Derden (David).
