He is survived by: his wife Thelma Ainsworth; his sons, Doyle and Clayton Ainsworth; his grandchildren, Casie O'Sullivan, Bailey Ainsworth, Tyler Ainsworth, Brock Walden Lindsey, Coy Burke and Rocky Burke; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh O'Sullivan, Allison O'Sullivan, Peighton Mooney, Raelynn Mooney, Thomas Dugan, Maya Walden and Kaiden Walden; and his brothers, Floyd and Billy Ainsworth.
