He is survived by: his wife Lorena Garland of Ward, Arkansas; his children, Jerry Garland (Carla) of Ward Arkansas, Theresa Fortson (Mark) of Jacksonville, Missy Moats (Doug) of Ola and Becky Blacklaw (Todd) of North Ogden, Utah; his sister Bobbye Jean Theiring (Bob) of Cabot; his grandchildren, Lucus, Alex, Mallory, Macey, Haylee, Austin and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Lucus Anthony, Chandler, Gavin, Sadie, Caleb, Liam, Jake, Everleigh and Isabella.
