He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Everett and Eula Evelyn Milner; and his grandchildren, Savannah Leigh Turner and James Anthony White. He is survived by: his wife Lycil Milner; his children, Joanna Francis Waters, Tony Lee Milner and James White; his grandchildren, Whitney Rosado (Henry), James Turner II, Heather Nieves (Hector), Daniel Walker (Rose) and Tabitha White; and his great grandchildren, Makenzy Utley, Penelope Rosado, Samuel Rosado, Nestine Patterson, Maverick Turner and Krystabella Turner.
