She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Loftis and Eunice Faye Loftis; and her siblings, Tommy Loftis, Ken Cullum and Betty Hughes.
She is survived by: her significant other Jerry Gray; her daughters, Melanie Melgaard of Rice Lake, Keya Justice of Warsau and Jeri Opland (Alan); her grandchildren, Danielle, Chloe, Mason, Ryan and Dawson; her great grandchildren, Sterling Nevin and Addison; her siblings, Earl Loftis (Darlene), Francis Talbert (Ken), LouEllen Lemons, Mary Evans, Barbara Green (Roy) and Vickie King (Bob); her son-in-law Ken Melgaard; and her grandson Nevin Melgaard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
