He was predeceased by: his parents, Willbe Mark and Alice Maurine Carter Hatcher; and his nephew Jason Hatcher. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Huddleston Hatcher; his children, Neil Hatcher (Terri), Robyn Williams (Brian), Nikki Hatcher and Chris Dugan (Tim); and his siblings, Doug Hatcher (Kathy), Sharon Hatcher and Cyndi Timm (Jonathan). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
