He is survived by: his children, Neal Stocks (Kim) and Diane Skeel (Ben); his grandchildren, Jessica (Jimmy), Jennifer, Jordan (Hunter), Baylee (Nathan), Brayden and Colton; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Rylie, Daphne, Ari, Raelynn, Houston and Skyla; his sisters, Shirley Oakley and Barbara Ausbrooks (Carmon); his nephew Brian Oakley (Karla); and his niece Lydia Rogers (Jay). He is also survived by numerous aunts and cousins.
