He is survived by: his wife Sheila Baxter; his children, Joseph Baxter (Dusty) of Butlerville, Jonathan Baxter (Amanda) of Butlerville, Cindy Oglesby (Calvin) of MacClenny, Florida and Angie Walker (Steven) of MacClenny, Florida; his brother Robert L. Baxter (Ellen) of Maumelle; his grandchildren, Calvin Mahlon (Kayla) of Florida, Tyler of Florida, Delaney Helms (Calahan) of Florida, Steven Walker (Kasey) of Florida, Katey of Butlerville, James of Butlerville, Josie of Butlerville and Arlee of Butlerville; his nephews, Robert Baxter of Maumelle and Raymond Baxter of Maumelle; and his half-siblings, Deb Newman and Dan Baxter. He is also survived by five great-nephews; two great-nieces; two great-great nephews.
