He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Williams and Bonnie Kate Williams; his brother Billy Williams; and his sister-in-law Charlene Williams. He is survived by: his wife Kay Williams of Ward; his brother Bobby Williams (Brenda) of Vilonia; his children, Mark Williams (Dorothy) of Vilonia and Karin Howze (Guy) of Cabot; and his stepchildren, Grady Carnahan of Ward, Tim Paul of Ward and Mindy Paul of Ward. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
