He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bell and Mary Bell; and his brothers, Chester Cleghorn, Gary Bell and Charles Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Bisbee of Ward; his children, Michael Bell (Mary Jane) of Mt Vernon, Debbie Childress, Kristina Arzola and Richard Bell of Marianna, Many; and his brothers, Kenneth Bell and Junior Cleghorn of Little Rock.
