She is survived by: her sons, Sean Smith and Dylan Caples; and her siblings, Mildred "Chennie" Smith of Mechanicsburg, Melanie C. McCaffery, Modenna L. Smith, Robert H. Smith of New York and Benjamin L. Smith of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
