He is survived by: his children, Pamela Ann Charles of Emerald Isle, Randy Carl Oliger (Amy) of Jacksonville and Gloria Renee Scarbrough (Tim) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Amy of Kim, J. J., Randall, Nate and Ashley; and his sister Janet Bagley. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
