She is survived by: her children, Israel Lentz (Sue Ann), Josh Lentz (Christie) and Gabe Lentz (Misty); her brothers, Farron Pasteka (Laura) and Bart Pasteka; her grandchildren, Brenden Lentz, Austin Lentz, Melissa Guildeen (David), Carmin Comar (Matthew), Haydin Lentz and Ethan Lentz; and her great grandchildren, Adaleigh Comar and Mayhem Lentz.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Service (713 S 2nd St, Cabot, AR 72023).
