He is survived by: his wife Judy Howard (Neeley); his sons, Carey Howard (Janie) of Cabot, AR and Joel Howard of Jacksonville, AR.; his grandchildren, Jessica Percifull (Brad), Nicholas Howard (Paige) and Randall Howard (Alexandria); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Kaiden, Lucas, Noah, Maelee, Jensen, Jaxton and Luke; and his friends, Eldon, Reba Smothers, Art and Joann Brooke.
