He is survived by: his mother Judy Howard (Neeley); his wife Janie Howard (Smothers); his children, Jessica Percifull (Brad) of Jonesboro, AR and Randall Howard (Alexandria) of Ward, AR; his brother Joel; his parents-in-law, Eldon and Reba Smothers; his grandchildren, Tyler Percifull of Conway, AR, Lucas, Jensen Percifull of Jonesboro, Jaxton and Laynie Howard of Ward, AR; his nephew Nick Howard (Paige) of Sherwood; his great-nephews, Kaiden, Noah and Luke; and his great-niece Maelee. He is also survived by family, friends.
