He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Frederick Stevens and Mamie Marie Stevens; his former wife Patricia "Patti" Stevens; his brothers, Ralph "Rusty" Stevens, Robin Stevens, Richard "Ricky" Stevens and DeeWayne Stevens; and his son William Helvering.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Stevens of McRae, AR; his children, Tonya Stevens-McDaniel (James) of Oklahoma, Dawn Stevens of McRae, AR, Nancy Brown (Michael) of El Paso, AR, Karen Griffin (Gary) of Missouri, Melissa Osterem (John) of Iowa, Barry Stevens Jr. of Hot Springs, AR and Andrew Stevens (Emily) of Hot Springs, AR; and his siblings, Ronald Stevens of Hot Springs, AR and Myrna Deaver of Hot Springs, AR. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
