He was predeceased by: his former wife Rose Williams; and his parents, Matrid Mae Williams (Farris) and Joseph Joel Williams Sr. Pete. He is survived by: his sons, James D Williams (Lisa Williams) of Rio Rancho and Steven D. Williams of Springfield, MO.; his siblings, Alyne Faye Frampton of Knob Noster, MO, Mary Kathleen DeWitt of Union, MO, Evelyn Josephine Robinson of Alton, MO, Shirley Sue Hollis of Thayer, MO, Joseph Joel Williams and Glen David Williams; and his wife Rosemarie A. Hertlein. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
