He is survived by: his sons, Zachary Blackburn (Caitlin) of Jonesboro and Jacob Blackburn of Fayetteville; his siblings, Cindy Deen (Carroll) of Imboden, Glenn Blackburn (Cindi) of Black Rock and Gary Blackburn (Sandy) of Black Rock; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
