He was predeceased by: his father Henry Monroe Bolick. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Mazine Bolick; his wife Joyce Bolick; his children, Joe Bolick (Kristina) and Stephanie Faber (Michael); his grandchildren, Logan Faber, Kassidy Sherill (Seth), Savannah Faber and Zakhary Bolick; his great grandchild Harper Sherrill; and his siblings, Jim Bolick, Tim Bolick (Peggy), Debbie Fry (Freddie), Linda Kingcade (Doug), Donna Humes and Vonda Garland. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many friends.
