He is survived by: his wife Loretta Chappel; his sons, Tony Wheeler Hoxie (Anna Guest) and Travis Wheeler (Catherine) of Walnut Ridge; and his grandchildren, Annabelle and Gavin. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
