Though Rodney Noel may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Robins (Blazer). He is survived by: his father Arthur Robins of Walnut Ridge; his brothers, Keith Robins of Walnut Ridge and Dennis Robins (Patty) of Cabot; and his nephews, Vaden Robins of Walnut Ridge and Matthew Robins of Jonesboro.
