He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Phillips and Marie Doyle Phillips; his son Gregory Phillips; and his siblings, James Thomas Phillips, Larry Clyde Phillips and Kathy Hill.

He is survived by: his wife Mae Phillips; his sons, Michael Phillips (Jo Carol) of Walnut Ridge and Rickey Phillips (Melissa) of Pocahontas; his sisters, Mary Holder of Walnut Ridge, Iris Summit of Walnut Ridge and Rose Carol Clark of Mountain Home; his grandchildren, Amy Hamann (Rob), Craig Phillips (Chelsie), Brian Phillips (Heather) and Candace Durbin (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Evan, Lincoln Hamann, Dexter, Rhett Phillips, Paisley, Grayson Phillips and Lakota Durbin. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Due to Covid-19 guidelines, social distancing and masks are required.
