She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufe Bennett and Alta Henderson Bennett; her former husband Shatsar; her husband Dan Poindexter; and her stepson Mike Poindexter.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Beth Brown of Walnut Ridge and Sharon Bethany of West Memphis; and her stepgrandchildren, Sean Bethany of Marion, Brandon Bethany of Walnut Ridge and Tina Bethany of Walnut Ridge.
