She is survived by: her parents, Jeremy Lewis and Jennifer Hurst Lewis; her siblings, Hunter Henry, Riley Henry, Jaxon Henry and Lexie Lewis; her grandmother Linda Hurst; her great-grandparent Willie Tyler; and her aunts and uncles, Preston Lewis (Stephanie), Greg Coats (Kelli), Chris Coats (Bridgette), Sheila Hurst (Gerald), Lisa Hankins, Ronda Coats-Gay (Steve), Melody Kent (Dale), Natalie Dodson, Robyn McNelly (Terry), Denise Johnson and Shelle Luttrell.
