She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Heayron Perkins (W. H.) and Ethel Ashburn Perkins; her husband Homer Harper; her sons, Ethan Harper, Zach Harper and Adam Harper; and her siblings, Annabell Howard, Pauline Cornish, Jimmy Perkins and Lloyd Perkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Harper (Sarah), Steve Harper and Zeb Harper; her daughter-in-law Susan Harper; her sister-in-law Carol Sue Willcockson; her grandchildren, Matthew Harper (Taralee Hamner), Eli Harper (Jennifer), Jason Harper (Sydney), Luke Harper, Hannah Harper, Taylor Conner and Daniel Richmond (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Zayn Harper, Ben Harper, Ethan Harper, Addison Richmond and Jace Richmond.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hoxie Church of Christ (603 SW Broad St, Hoxie, AR 72433). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
