She was predeceased by: her parents, Burley Watkins and Mary Watkins of Jonesboro; her husband James Robert Rouse; her children, Frances Sue and James Robert Rouse Jr.; her brother Burley Watkins Jr.; her son Marvin Rouse; her grandchildren, Marvin Rouse Jr. (Jessica), Mitch Rouse (Alley), Jeffrey Rouse (Missy), James Rouse III, Clay Northcut and Chancy Clay McNair (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Peyton, Palmer, Aria, Reese Ellis, Jeffrey Jr., Jared, Regan, Corwin and Chase; and her siblings, William Watkins, Dennis Watkins, Burlene and Edna.
