He is survived by: his wife Laura Cook; his children, Veronica Selvidge (Daniel) of Bradford, Jennifer Broadway (Joey) of Walnut Ridge, Crystal Fleming (Travis) of Walnut Ridge, Tanya Lancaster of Irondale and Ashley Downen (Blake) of Dumas; his siblings, Rick Ellington (Anita) of Paris, Steve Ellington of Paris, Donald Cook (Mary Ann) of Paragould and Cindy Stinnett of Paris, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Jazlyn, Zayden, Zivah, Lillian, Greyson and Baylor. He is also survived by Grammy's daycare kids; many nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
