He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Galbreath and Bernice Collins Galbreath; his son Jimmy Galbreath; and his sisters, Sharon Galbreath, Lesy Haggard and Anna Sue Galbreath.
He is survived by: his wife Katheryn Galbreath; his daughter Patsy Nelson; his grandchildren, Scott DeJarnette (Dana), Jennifer Barnes, Amy Galbreath and Erica Nelson; and his daughter-in-law Sharon Galbreath. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
