We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2020, at the age of 77, Joy Ann Fowler of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joy Ann Fowler to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lindsey and Anna Simmons Counts; and her siblings, Dale Counts, Deborah Kluge, Lois Vernida Counts, Melva Massey and Wanda Petersen.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Fowler (Rhonda) of Clover Bend, Mark Fowler of Atlanta, Georgia and Angela Barnes (Mitch) of Jonesboro; her siblings, Gale Counts (Helen) of Tom Bean, Texas and Lavoe Harber (Guy) of Cordova Tennessee; her grandchildren, Whitney Blackburn (Justin) of Paragould and Tyler Fowler (Sarah) of Hoxie; and her great grandchildren, Zeb Dickson Fowler and Sydney Fowler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
Due to Covid-19 guidelines, social distancing and masks are required.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society-Hope Lodge in Memphis, Tennessee.
