Petty of Bentonville; his siblings, Jim Petty (Linda) of Jefferson City, MO and Judy Elliott (Bruce) of Lake; his grandchildren, Stephann Nicole Miller, Christen Lewis, Chase Petty, Colton Petty and Emma Rae Petty; his great grandchild Jaxtyn Miller; and his caregivers, Kaylynn Jones and Bailee Arnold.
