He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean Henry; his children, Tina Lynn Henry and Jake Eugene Henry II; and his siblings, Ralph, Paul, Delmer, Ray, Don, Thelma Henry Stone, Vera Henry Chitwood, Kathleen Henry McCabe and Faye Henry Spickler.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Stephen Lee Henry (Collece), Beverly Henry Dobbs (Daniel) and Ray Whiteaker (Nettie); his sister Sondra Henry Sherman (John); his sister-in-law June Henry; and his brother Joseph Randall Henry (Janice). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
