He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Bilbrey and Dottie Runsick Bilbrey; his sister Connie Bilbrey Matthews; his brother-in-law David Doyle; and his nephew David Wayne Doyle.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Bilbrey; his son Dustin Bilbrey (Scarlett) of Hanceville; and his siblings, L. Dee "Sonny" Bilbrey (Kathy) of Walnut Ridge, Kathyrn Doyle of Jonesboro, Rosie Bilbrey of Jonesboro and Barbara Gaither of Franklin, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
