She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Shirey Frazier and Florence Lingo Frazier; her husband Arthur; her son Bruce Andrew West (Andy); and her siblings, Archibald Frazier, Arthur T. Frazier, Hubert Frazier and Dale Oliver Frazier.
She is survived by: her sister JoAnn Turner (Jerry) of Harrison, AR. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
