She was predeceased by: her parents, Jarvie Logan Stephenson and Tempie Lee Johnson Stephenson. She is survived by: her significant other Tommy Simmons; her son Tommy Wayne Simmons (Katrina) of Bourbonnais, Illinois; her grandchildren, Logan (Jennifer) of Oklahoma and Tristin (Randy) of Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Madeline, Kayden and Charlotte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and also 5 brothers-in-law and 3 sisters-in-law.
