He is survived by: his siblings, Leaverda Fultner, Sue Nelson, Neatress Fultner, Larry Webb and David Webb; his daughters, Penny Sloan (Clay) of Sherwood, Kimberly Wheelis (Miranda) of Smithville and Laura Webb (Scott Taylor) of Manilla; his siblings, Danny Webb (Patti) of Pocahontas and Brenda Joyce Lamb of Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Vanessa Lynn Wheelis, Ashley Nicole Wheelis, Haley Brooke Wright and Zack Osburn.
