He is survived by: his father Foster Anthony Jr. (Angela Baker) of Denver, Colorado; his wife Amanda Beth Milligan (Mandy); his children, Parker Papi, Wilson Richey (Shasta) of Walnut Ridge, Sophie Papi of Walnut Ridge and Maranda Richey (Johnathan Santiago) of Jonesboro; his grandsons, Braxton and Markus Richey of Walnut Ridge; his sister Angela Sullivan (Chris) of Denver; and his nephews, Blake of Denver, Anthony of Denver and Liam Sullivan of Denver. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
